The next Natural Pursuits Magazine shoot is going to be so much fun and we wanted to invite you!

For those of you who are unfamiliar, for the print editions of Natural Pursuits Magazine, we host a party that lasts about 4 hours. People come in, strip down, and make art. It's all about coming together to celebrate our bodies, our queerness, and our creativity.

Each issue focuses on a different shared hobby. The theme for this issue is Dance Party and I'm planning activities that explore how we use dance to connect.

Here are the basics:

• Date: 9/25/21

• Time: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

• Place: Greenpoint, Brooklyn Address will be sent out Prior to the Event

• Everyone who enters the space will sign a photo release saying any pictures taken throughout the day may be used in print or digital form.

• Nudity is required for all participants.

• People are always confused — this isn't a sex party.

• Any profit made from the magazine will go directly into funding queer artists to make queer art.

This should be a really event. Artists are lined up to take portraits and make illustrations all around the Dance Party Theme.

• Time: 9:30am - 1:30pm (if people want individual portraits they should come early). Yes, this is MORNING thing

• Place: All Night Skate, 54 Rockaway Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11233 (the bar will be open).

• Everyone who enters the space will sign a photo release saying any pictures taken throughout the day may be used in print or digital form.

• Nudity is required for all participants.

• People are always confused — this isn't a sex party.

• Any profit made from the magazine will go directly into funding queer artists to make queer art.

This one should be super fun. I have shoots planned around social dances (line dances, wedding dances, etc), staging a mosh pit, improvisation contemporary dance, Irish fold dancers, wallflower illustration sessions, etc.
